History:

Kevin Dale Bluhm (1959–2026) was a lifelong member of the Chehalis community and a graduate of W.F. West High School. Drawn to work that kept him outdoors, Kevin built a successful career in land surveying and founded Bluhm & Associates Land Surveyors in 1993, which he owned and operated until his passing. He was well known for his fairness, honesty, and strong work ethic, earning the respect of colleagues and clients alike. Kevin was deeply devoted to his family and community, spending many years coaching youth sports, encouraging young people, and sharing his love of the outdoors. His life reflected integrity, generosity, and a commitment to investing in others.

Purpose:

The Kevin Bluhm Memorial Fund was established to honor Kevin’s life, character, and the values he lived by. The fund is intended to support opportunities that reflect his passion for hard work, learning, and meaningful career paths—particularly those connected to hands-on trades, outdoor professions, athletics, and other pursuits that encourage responsibility, integrity, and personal growth. As the fund develops, it may be used to support scholarships or other educational and career-focused initiatives aligned with these principles.

Legacy / Endowment Details
