Jude Guyer was a generous mentor to many, especially through her involvement with FBLA, where she inspired students to pursue their goals with confidence and integrity. She believed deeply in the value of building something meaningful—whether in business, the community, or in life.
Jude passed away in 2025, leaving behind a legacy marked by leadership, compassion, and quiet strength. She will always be remembered for her warmth, kindness, generosity, and unwavering love for her family.
Purpose:
This scholarship honors Jude’s legacy by awarding two $2,000 scholarships each year to W.F. West students who are passionate about pursuing careers in Business, Finance, or Entrepreneurship. This scholarship is designed for students who lead with integrity, work diligently behind the scenes, and believe in building something that lasts—just like Jude did.
Eligibility Criteria
- Open to W.F. West High School students
- Must show passion for pursuing a career in business
- Demonstrated involvement in DECA, Young Life, and/or FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America), and a commitment to community service
Selection Considerations
- Leads with integrity and strong work ethic
- Active in supporting others, even behind the scenes
- Shows community spirit and commitment to lasting impact
